Position Summary
Atlas Voyages is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tourist Guide to deliver exceptional travel experiences for domestic and international visitors. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct guided cultural, historical, and sightseeing tours.
- Provide accurate information about Moroccan history, culture, architecture, and traditions.
- Welcome and assist tourists throughout their travel experiences.
- Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and itinerary arrangements.
- Ensure guest safety and comfort during excursions.
- Manage group travel logistics and scheduling.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve travel-related concerns.

Educational Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, History, Cultural Studies, Travel Management, Languages, or related discipline.
- Official Tourist Guide Certification recognized by relevant Moroccan tourism authorities preferred.
- Additional foreign language qualifications will be highly advantageous.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, travel services, customer service, or tour guiding.
- Experience leading local or international tourist groups.
- Strong understanding of Moroccan culture, history, and tourism destinations.
- Proven ability to engage diverse audiences and provide exceptional guest experiences.
