Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time (CDI – Permanent Contract)
  • Working Hours: 44 hours per week (rotational shifts)
  • Time Range: 07:00 – 20:00
  • Salary: Net salary + bonuses and incentives

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Handle complaints, requests, and technical support (Level 1)
  • Listen actively and demonstrate understanding of customer needs
  • Apply appropriate processes to resolve customer cases
  • Maintain professionalism and composure in all situations
  • Record and document customer interactions accurately
  • Promote a positive brand image through excellent service

Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Baccalaureate
  • Excellent command of Business English (C1 level, written and spoken)
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Awareness of customer care values and satisfaction principles
