Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processing activities accurately and within deadlines
  • Maintain payroll schedules, employee records, and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, payroll regulations, and company policies
  • Coordinate with HR teams, payroll vendors, and external service providers
  • Handle employee administration tasks including certificates, attestations, and personnel files
  • Manage employee loans, salary advances, and insurance documentation
  • Monitor payroll quality controls and ensure accurate salary payments
  • Support employee relations activities and participate in conflict resolution processes
  • Liaise with social institutions including CNSS and retirement funds
  • Prepare monthly and annual HR and payroll reports
  • Handle administrative procedures related to workplace accidents and absences
  • Maintain relationships with transportation, catering, and staffing service providers
  • Participate in HR projects, payroll testing, and process improvement initiatives
  • Monitor labor law updates and ensure HR compliance with legal obligations
  • Develop HR KPIs and activity reporting systems for management review

Job Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Personnel Administration, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll administration or HR operations
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll compliance procedures
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and HR management systems
  • Experience working with payroll software and employee master data systems
  • Previous experience in multinational companies or shared service centers is preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professional integrity
