Job Overview
The Accounting & Finance Specialist will support end-to-end accounting processes (ATR) while ensuring compliance with global accounting standards and local financial regulations.
The role involves working closely with global teams to deliver accurate financial reports, manage intercompany transactions, oversee fixed assets accounting, support audits, and maintain strong financial governance frameworks.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial reporting, accounting principles, ERP systems, IFRS, local Moroccan GAAP, Microsoft Excel, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Reporting & Accounting Operations
The successful candidate will:
- Execute end-to-end accounting and reporting processes according to global standards
- Conduct monthly review and analysis of Profit & Loss statements
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and financial documentation
- Ensure accurate accounting delivery aligned with local and international accounting standards
- Support financial integrity and reporting compliance
2. Fixed Assets & Intercompany Accounting
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and reporting intercompany financial transactions
- Handling fixed asset accounting and reconciliation
- Monitoring asset-related financial transactions
- Supporting financial close activities and documentation
- Maintaining proper accounting records and supporting audit readiness

3. Audit, Compliance & Internal Controls
You will:

5. Change Management & Systems Support
- Support implementation of changes to financial systems and processes
- Participate in testing during system upgrades
- Ensure smooth implementation of accounting and finance tools
- Maintain accuracy in accounting-related master data
6. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with global shared service centers and local teams
- Provide financial reporting support to management
- Respond to finance and reporting queries from stakeholders
- Prepare ad hoc reports for leadership and business decision-making
Educational Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline
Professional certifications such as:
- ACCA
- CPA
- CMA
- CIMA

Experience Requirements
Candidates should demonstrate:
- 3–5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
- Strong exposure to:
- Financial reporting

Experience within multinational organizations, logistics companies, shipping, supply chain, or corporate finance environments is highly desirable.
