Job Overview

As a Sustainability Consultant, you will lead initiatives to integrate environmental best practices into TotalEnergies Morocco’s operations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement sustainability strategies aligned with global standards and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct sustainability assessments and audits for energy projects.
  • Develop and execute corporate sustainability plans to reduce environmental impact.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify eco-friendly alternatives and improve resource efficiency.
  • Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and international sustainability frameworks.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders on sustainability performance.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in environmental impact assessment and carbon footprint analysis.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Proficiency in sustainability software tools (e.g., EcoVadis, SimaPro).
  • Fluency in French and English preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
  • Master’s Degree or certifications (e.g., LEED, PMP) are advantageous.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in sustainability consulting or environmental project management.
  • Proven track record in implementing green energy solutions.

Salary

40,000 – 50,000 SSP annually, commensurate with experience.
