Job Overview

Cisco Systems Morocco is seeking a Network Security Engineer to design, implement, and manage secure network solutions for enterprise clients. This role requires expertise in threat detection, firewall configurations, and security protocol optimization. Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy secure network architectures using Cisco Firepower, ASA, and other security tools.
• Monitor network traffic for vulnerabilities and respond to security incidents in real-time.
• Implement and maintain intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS) and secure access controls.
• Conduct security audits and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to ISO 27001 and GDPR standards.
• Provide technical support for enterprise clients, including threat analysis and mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Security or equivalent certification.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, IBM QRadar) for log analysis and threat detection.
• Strong understanding of encryption protocols, VLANs, and secure remote access solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred but not required.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in network security or cybersecurity roles.
• Proven track record in enterprise-level security implementations.

Salary

An annual salary between 350,000 and 450,000 Moroccan Dirham (MAD), commensurate with experience and performance.
