Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainable Aquaculture Specialist to join our team in Tétouan, Morocco.
The successful candidate will work closely with our research team to develop and implement sustainable aquaculture practices in Morocco and other countries in the region.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting research on sustainable aquaculture practices and their adoption by farmers and other stakeholders
- Developing and implementing training programs for farmers and other stakeholders on sustainable aquaculture practices
- Collaborating with government agencies, NGOs, and the private sector to promote the adoption of sustainable aquaculture practices
- Providing technical assistance to farmers and other stakeholders on sustainable aquaculture practices
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on sustainable aquaculture practices and their adoption by farmers and other stakeholders
- Develop and implement training programs for farmers and other stakeholders on sustainable aquaculture practices

Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Aquaculture or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in sustainable aquaculture practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Arabic
Education
Master’s degree in Aquaculture or related field from a recognized university.
Experience
5-7 years of experience in sustainable aquaculture practices, preferably in a research or development organization.
Salary
40,000 – 60,000 SSP per year, depending on experience.
