Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly analytical and strategic Hospitality Revenue Management Specialist to join our team in the beautiful mountain resort of Ifrane. This role is critical to our commercial success, focusing on maximizing revenue through sophisticated pricing strategies, inventory management, and market analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and booking patterns to optimize the hotel’s profitability across all distribution channels.

This position requires a unique blend of mathematical precision and commercial intuition. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement promotional strategies that drive occupancy while maintaining high Average Daily Rates (ADR). Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room).

  • Prepare detailed weekly and monthly revenue reports for the executive management team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to design seasonal promotional packages.
  • Analyze booking pace and forecasting to optimize staffing and procurement levels.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and revenue management software (e.g., IDEAS or Duetto).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both French and English.
  • Deep understanding of the hospitality distribution landscape (OTAs, GDS, Direct).
  • Strategic thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.

Education

A Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required. Candidates with a strong background in data science applied to hospitality will be given preference.

Experience

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in revenue management or commercial analysis within a luxury hotel environment is essential. Proven track record of improving RevPAR and managing complex pricing structures is highly desirable.
