Job Overview
We are seeking a Sustainable Geoenvironmental Specialist to join our team in Oued Ed-Dahab, Morocco. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable geoenvironmental practices throughout our operations. This includes conducting environmental impact assessments, developing and implementing environmental management plans, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainable geoenvironmental practices throughout our operations
- Conduct environmental impact assessments and develop environmental management plans
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable geoenvironmental practices
- Monitor and report on environmental performance and progress
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Environmental Science or related field
- 8-12 years of experience in environmental conservation and sustainability
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Education
Masters degree in Environmental Science or related field from a reputable university.
Experience
8-12 years of experience in environmental conservation and sustainability, preferably in the mining or fertilizer industry.
Salary
60,000 – 90,000 SSP per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
