Sitel Group is currently recruiting talented and customer-oriented Bilingual Customer Care Agents to join its growing customer support operations in Morocco. Required Profile:

  • High school diploma (Baccalaureate) or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent command of English and French
  • English level C1 required with strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, sales, or call center operations is preferred
  • Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer cases
  • Flexible to work 44 hours per week on rotating shifts
  • Familiarity with wellness, mindfulness, or meditation topics is considered an advantage
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to use customer support systems efficiently
