Join Our Team as a Call Center Agent Content Moderator English-Speaking – Casablanca We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our growing team in Casablanca.
If you possess excellent English communication skills and a strong work ethic we offer the tools and support to help you succeed Key Responsibilities Engage with UK-based customers via phone and email Perform content moderation tasks to ensure compliance with guidelines.
Provide exceptional customer service and accurate product information Adhere to call scripts and company protocols.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times Candidate Profile Fluent in English spoken and written Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt Ability to work flexible hours including late shifts and weekends Shift Patterns Vacancy 1 12 00 PM – 9 00 PM 11 00 AM – 8 00 PM on weekends alternating weekends off Vacancy 2 Primarily 9 00 AM – 6 00 PM shifts with 12 00 PM – 9 00 PM on Wednesdays off every Thursday and Friday working weekends.
