Job Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in outbound B2B or B2C sales
- Previous call center or telemarketing experience is preferred
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build rapport with customers quickly
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently
- Fluent English communication skills required
- Spanish language skills are considered an advantage

- Minimum 8GB RAM Laptop
- Minimum 6th generation processor Laptop
- Stable internet connection with minimum 10MB download and 5MB upload speed
- USB headset required
- LAN cable internet connection required
- Ability to attend video interviews from the working location using the work equipment
