Job Description (JD)

Arrow Electronics is currently hiring an experienced EMEA Business Transformation Project Manager to join its dynamic Business Transformation team in Casablanca, Morocco.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and managing multiple transformation projects across the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), with a primary focus on business systems, tools, and operational transformation initiatives. The role includes overseeing a team of Project Managers, coordinating project execution across multiple countries, and ensuring successful delivery within timelines, budgets, and organizational objectives.

This position reports directly to the EMEA Senior Project Manager and requires close collaboration with business analysts, change managers, training managers, local business units, and IT teams.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The EMEA Business Transformation Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing and mentoring a team of Project Managers while standardizing project methodologies similar to a Project Management Office (PMO) structure
• Leading and coordinating multiple EMEA-wide business transformation projects across different countries
• Managing all phases of project lifecycles, including:
  • Project initiation
  • Planning
  • Execution
  • Monitoring and controlling
  • Project closure
• Ensuring project objectives, timelines, and deliverables are successfully achieved within agreed constraints
• Collaborating with global teams and stakeholders to align project goals with organizational priorities
• Monitoring project performance and implementing improvements to ensure efficiency and successful outcomes
• Managing project risks, issues, mitigation plans, and escalation processes when required
• Providing regular status updates to project sponsors, senior stakeholders, and management teams
• Building strong relationships with cross-functional teams across multiple geographic regions
• Documenting project lessons learned and implementing best practices to improve future project execution
• Identifying opportunities to improve project management procedures, workflows, and planning efficiency

Education Requirements

Applicants should possess:
