Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to conceptualize and execute bespoke event themes and designs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (catering, F&B, décor) and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics from initial planning to post-event evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with Kempinski’s luxury service standards and sustainability initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional client relationship management and negotiation skills.

  • Fluency in French and Arabic preferred, with strong English communication skills.

Education
