Job Overview
Deloitte Morocco is seeking a Digital Transformation Advisor to lead the design and implementation of digital solutions for clients in Guercif and surrounding regions. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital consulting, process optimization, and technology integration. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable digital strategies that enhance business performance and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct digital maturity assessments for clients in the public and private sectors
- Design end-to-end digital transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead workshops to identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation solutions
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement cloud-based platforms and data analytics tools
- Provide training and change management support during digital adoption
- Monitor project KPIs and deliver regular progress reports to stakeholders
Required Skills
- Proven experience in digital transformation projects (minimum 3 years)
- Strong knowledge of enterprise software solutions (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft 365)
- Expertise in agile methodologies and project management frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Moroccan Arabic and French
- Certifications in digital strategy or cloud computing (AWS, Azure) preferred
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Master’s degree or MBA in Digital Transformation a plus
Experience
- 3-5 years in digital consulting or technology implementation roles
- Experience working with Moroccan government agencies or regional SMEs
Salary
35,000 – 50,000 SSP per year, depending on experience and qualifications
