Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with client executives to define digital transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of current processes, technology stacks, and organizational capabilities.
  • Identify and prioritize high‑impact use cases for automation, data analytics, cloud migration, and AI integration.
  • Develop detailed solution designs, business cases, and implementation plans that balance cost, risk, and ROI.
  • Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and design sprints to co‑create innovative solutions.
  • Coordinate with Accenture’s technology partners and internal delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Support change management initiatives, including communication strategies, training programs, and adoption metrics.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Contribute to thought leadership by publishing whitepapers, case studies, and industry insights.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in digital technologies such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), ERP systems, RPA tools, and AI/ML frameworks.

Education

A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is required. Professional certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, or cloud vendor credentials are highly desirable.

Experience

Applicants should have 5‑7 years of experience in management consulting, digital strategy, or technology implementation. Prior exposure to large‑scale transformation projects within banking, telecom, energy, or manufacturing sectors will be considered an advantage.

Salary
