Job Overview
The Clinical Research Associate (CRA) role is a critical position within our clinical development team in Casablanca. You will be responsible for monitoring clinical trials to ensure they are conducted in accordance with the protocol, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits to ensure protocol adherence.

- Ensure all clinical trial activities comply with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and local health authority regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful delivery of clinical study milestones.
Required Skills
- In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and local regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex clinical data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective site management.
- Proficiency in clinical trial management systems and electronic data capture tools.
- Fluency in French, Arabic, and English to facilitate international collaboration.
Education
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or a related Life Sciences field. A PhD or specialized certification in clinical research is considered a significant advantage for this role.
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research, specifically in a monitoring capacity within the pharmaceutical or contract research organization (CRO) sector, is required. Proven experience in managing multi-center clinical trials is highly preferred.
