Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Accessibility Specialist to join our team in Beni Mellal, Morocco. As a Digital Accessibility Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services are accessible to people with disabilities and conform to relevant accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct accessibility audits and testing of our products and services
  • Develop and implement accessibility strategies and solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accessibility is integrated into product development
  • Provide training and support to employees on accessibility best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest accessibility standards and technologies

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in accessibility testing and auditing
  • Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG 2.1, Section 508, etc.)
  • Experience with accessibility tools and technologies (e.g. screen readers, keyboard-only navigation)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

5-7 years of experience in accessibility testing and auditing, or related field

Salary

45,000 – 65,000 SSP per year
