Job Overview
The E-commerce Logistics Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end flow of goods from our fulfillment centers to the final customer. This position requires a high level of coordination between warehouse staff, delivery partners, and customer service teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that every order is processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. As we scale our operations in Kenitra, your role will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of service that our customers expect from a leading e-commerce brand.

You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement corrective actions to improve delivery speed and accuracy. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily dispatch schedules to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse managers to prevent stockouts.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure service level compliance.
- Analyze delivery data to identify trends, delays, and areas for process optimization.
- Resolve escalated delivery issues and customer complaints regarding shipment status.
- Oversee the return logistics process (reverse logistics) to ensure efficient reintegration of stock.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to streamline inbound shipments to the Kenitra hub.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of last-mile delivery logistics and e-commerce fulfillment models.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and French.
- Ability to manage and lead a diverse team of warehouse and delivery personnel.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- High attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and inventory integrity.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Candidates with professional certifications in Six Sigma or Lean Management will be given preference.
Experience
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics coordination, warehouse management, or supply chain operations is essential. Experience working within the e-commerce or retail sector is highly desirable. Proven track record of managing delivery fleets or third-party logistics providers is a plus.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 8500 SSP to 12000 SSP, depending on experience and performance metrics.
