Job Overview
This role is part of ERM’s expanding sustainability division in Morocco, focusing on environmental impact assessments (EIAs) for infrastructure, energy, and urban development projects. The position offers opportunities to influence policy, conduct field research, and collaborate with international stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct environmental impact assessments for proposed projects in alignment with Moroccan and EU regulations
- Prepare technical reports, mitigation plans, and sustainability strategies
- Collaborate with local communities, government agencies, and project stakeholders
- Monitor environmental data and analyze ecological risks
- Provide expert recommendations to minimize environmental degradation
Required Skills
- Proficiency in EIA methodologies and environmental regulations
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- Knowledge of GIS and environmental modeling software
- Bilingual fluency in Arabic and French preferred
- Project management experience in multidisciplinary teams
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Geography, or related field. Master’s Degree in Environmental Policy or Sustainable Development is an asset.
Experience
3-5 years of experience in environmental consulting, impact assessment, or policy development. Prior experience in North Africa or the Middle East is advantageous.
Salary
42,000 – 55,000 SSP annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Working Environment
