Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Salary: 16,000 – 22,000 DH per month
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
  • Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree (required)
  • Certification: Government teaching certification (preferred)
  • Language Requirement: Basic English (Resume must be submitted in English)

Key Responsibilities

1. Student-Focused Responsibilities

A. Content & Planning

  • Prepare lessons aligned with Common Core standards
  • Use approved curriculum and instructional materials

B. Instructional Practice

  • Create a caring and engaging classroom environment
  • Develop structured lesson plans with clear instructional goals
  • Use best teaching practices and integrate technology where appropriate
  • Incorporate reading and writing across subjects
  • Provide clear explanations and constructive feedback

C. Differentiated Instruction

  • Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
  • Facilitate group and individual learning activities
  • Address different learning styles effectively

D. Classroom Management

  • Maintain discipline and encourage positive behavior
  • Establish clear classroom routines and expectations
  • Promote self-discipline and student accountability

E. Assessment

  • Use formative and summative assessments to track progress
  • Provide meaningful feedback to students
  • Support students in developing self-evaluation skills

2. Collaboration & Communication

A. Administrative Responsibilities

  • Participate in staff meetings and school initiatives
  • Follow school policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum and programs

B. Parent & Stakeholder Communication

  • Maintain accurate student records
  • Communicate student progress through reports, meetings, and feedback
  • Provide early intervention support when needed
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
  • Strong knowledge of teaching methodologies and assessment strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use educational technology effectively
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education
