Job Description (JD)

Arrow Electronics is currently hiring an Operations Associate (German Speaker) to join its dynamic team in Casablanca, Morocco.

The successful candidate will support the Operations Specialists team in day-to-day operational activities while maintaining close coordination between suppliers, customers, and Arrow ECS sales teams.

This role requires excellent administrative capabilities, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage order processing, procurement support, stock coordination, invoice reconciliation, and customer communication efficiently.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The Operations Associate (German Speaker) will be responsible for:

Order Processing & Administration

  • Processing and progressing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinating with Quote Configuration and Renewals Teams to verify pricing, discounts, and order details
  • Managing purchase order placement and supplier coordination

Customer & Supplier Coordination

  • Maintaining close communication between:
    • Suppliers
    • Sales Teams
    • Customer Service Departments
    • Customers
  • Providing updates regarding:
    • Purchase order progress
    • Shipment schedules
    • Delivery timelines
    • Proof of Delivery (POD) information

Claims & Warranty Management

  • Supporting claim handling procedures and issue resolution
  • Managing warranty registrations and related documentation
  • Escalating anomalies, operational errors, or discrepancies to resolution teams when necessary
