Job Overview

Lead Syngenta Morocco’s sustainable agriculture initiatives in El Jadida, focusing on crop yield optimization, soil health improvement, and water conservation. Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute sustainable agriculture projects aligned with Syngenta’s global sustainability goals
• Collaborate with local farmers, government agencies, and NGOs to promote eco-friendly farming practices

• Develop training programs for farmers on sustainable techniques and Syngenta’s product applications
• Prepare project reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners

Required Skills

• Proven experience in agricultural project management with a focus on sustainability

Education

Experience

3-5 years of experience in agricultural project management, preferably in Morocco or North Africa. Experience with agribusiness companies or international development organizations is a plus.

Salary

45,000 – 65,000 SSP per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
