Job Overview

The Renewable Energy Project Coordinator will manage cross-functional teams, oversee project timelines, and ensure compliance with international sustainability standards. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects (solar/wind/hydro).
- Collaborate with government agencies, stakeholders, and contractors to secure permits and approvals.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality control to meet organizational and regulatory standards.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for new energy infrastructure.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in energy project management or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies and regulations in Morocco.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Bilingual fluency in Arabic and French preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Energy Management or Sustainable Development is a plus.
Experience
3–5 years of experience in renewable energy project coordination, preferably in Morocco or North Africa. Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects is highly advantageous.
Salary
35,000–45,000 SSP annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
