Job Overview
The Risk Analytics Manager will lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced risk models and analytical tools that support the bank’s credit, market, and operational risk functions. Reporting directly to the Head of Risk Management, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into quantitative solutions, overseeing model validation processes, and ensuring alignment with both local and international regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, and maintain quantitative risk models for credit, market, and operational risk portfolios.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, translate them into analytical specifications, and deliver actionable insights.
- Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to assess the impact of macro‑economic changes on the bank’s risk exposure.
- Prepare comprehensive risk reports for senior management, regulators, and audit committees, ensuring clarity and regulatory compliance.
- Lead a team of junior analysts, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and technical guidance.
- Stay abreast of emerging risk analytics methodologies, regulatory updates, and industry best practices to continuously improve the bank’s risk framework.
- Coordinate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility for analytical purposes.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in statistical programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS.
- Deep understanding of risk modeling techniques, including PD, LGD, VaR, and stress testing.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate complex findings effectively.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Education

Experience

Salary
