Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and KPI reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Collaborate with operations, transportation, and customs teams to design and implement process enhancements.
  • Prepare cost‑benefit analyses for proposed logistics solutions and present findings to senior management.
  • Support demand forecasting and inventory optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and DHL’s global standards.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic, French, and English.
  • Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, and customs procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is required. Relevant certifications such as APICS CPIM or CSCP are considered an advantage.

Experience

Applicants should have 3‑5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics planning, or a similar role within a multinational environment. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is highly desirable.

Salary
