Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for inventory, transportation, and demand forecasting.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align supply plans with market demand.
- Support the implementation of ERP and advanced analytics tools to streamline processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions to meet service level agreements.
- Prepare regular performance summaries for senior management and stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or similar data tools.
- Knowledge of supply chain concepts, inventory management, and logistics operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline is required. Advanced certifications such as APICS CPIM or CSCP are advantageous.
