E-Call Services is a multilingual call and processing center that places strong emphasis on human values. The company is currently expanding and seeking motivated Customer Service Agents to provide high-quality support phone, email, and chat channels.

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time / Freelance (CDI available)
  • Working Hours: 44 hours per week
  • Salary: 23.00 – 23.60 DH per hour
  • Category: Customer Service / BPO
  • Location Requirement: Ability to commute to or relocate to Rabat

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and e-chat interactions
  • Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information to clients
  • Understand customer needs and respond effectively
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions
  • Use internal systems and tools efficiently
  • Identify client expectations and deliver suitable solutions

Candidate Profile

  • Strong listening skills and empathy
  • Proactive mindset with good initiative
  • Good general knowledge and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to communicate naturally and confidently with clients
  • Comfortable using computer systems and digital tools
  • Excellent command of French (speaking, grammar, and writing)
  • Good command of English

Requirements

  • Optional: Two-year post-secondary qualification (BTS / DUT)
  • Preferred: At least 1 year experience in customer service
  • Required Languages: French and English
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Rabat before starting
