Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Customer Service Management, Languages, or a related discipline.
- Additional certifications in customer service, CRM systems, or sales operations are advantageous.
Experience Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, order management, sales support, or administrative operations.
- Experience working in multinational environments is preferred.
