Job Overview

This role is part of Thales Morocco’s initiative to strengthen cybersecurity frameworks for public and private sector clients. The Cybersecurity Analyst will work on threat detection, vulnerability assessments, and incident response strategies to safeguard critical systems. Candidates will join a dynamic team driving Morocco’s digital transformation while contributing to global cybersecurity standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct security audits and risk assessments for client systems.
  • Monitor and analyze network traffic for potential threats using SIEM tools.
  • Develop and implement cybersecurity protocols aligned with ISO 27001 standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve security incidents.
  • Provide technical support for encryption, firewalls, and endpoint protection solutions.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in cybersecurity tools (e.g., Kaspersky, McAfee, or Cisco Firepower).
  • Experience with penetration testing and vulnerability scanning.
  • Strong knowledge of network security principles and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in French and English is preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are advantageous.

Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles.
  • Proven track record in threat detection and incident response.

Salary

320,000 – 480,000 MAD per year, commensurate with experience.
