Job Overview

Roche Morocco is seeking a Digital Health Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to international and local regulations for digital health platforms. This role is pivotal in maintaining ethical standards while supporting the development of innovative healthcare technologies in Morocco.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and interpret global healthcare regulations impacting digital health solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance requirements into product development.
  • Conduct audits of digital health platforms to ensure alignment with GDPR, HIPAA, and Moroccan health data laws.
  • Develop training programs for staff on regulatory best practices.
  • Prepare documentation for regulatory submissions and inspections.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in healthcare compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, Moroccan health regulations).
  • Experience with digital health platforms (telemedicine, health apps, AI diagnostics).
  • Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and mitigation.

Education
