Job Overview

This role focuses on designing and implementing technology-integrated educational curricula tailored to Moroccan educational standards. The ideal candidate will bridge pedagogical expertise with digital innovation to create engaging, culturally relevant learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with educators to design interactive digital curricula aligned with Moroccan national education frameworks.
  • Integrate AI-driven learning tools and gamification elements into educational content.
  • Conduct needs assessments for schools and universities to identify curriculum gaps.
  • Develop multimedia resources (videos, simulations, and interactive modules) for online and hybrid learning environments.
  • Provide training and support to teachers on EdTech platform usage.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in instructional design software (Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
  • Experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas).
  • Strong understanding of Moroccan educational policies and standards.
  • Excellent project management and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and French preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field. Master’s Degree in Educational Technology or EdTech specialization is a plus.

Experience

3-5 years in curriculum development, with at least 2 years in EdTech or digital learning solutions. Experience working in Moroccan educational institutions is advantageous.

Salary

40,000 – 50,000 SSP annually, with performance-based bonuses.
