Job Overview

The Logistics Operations Manager will lead the day‑to‑day activities of the Nador operations center, ensuring that shipments are processed efficiently, on time, and in compliance with local and international regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound shipment processing, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and on‑time delivery targets.
• Manage a team of supervisors, coordinators, and operational staff, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development.

• Lead the planning and execution of peak season staffing and resource allocation to meet fluctuating demand.
• Ensure health, safety, and security standards are maintained across the facility, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with IT to optimize warehouse management systems (WMS) and integrate new technologies such as automation and IoT sensors.
