Job Overview
The Quality Assurance Manager will lead the QA team at Bosch’s Kenitra plant, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement initiatives, overseeing compliance with international certifications, and collaborating closely with production, engineering, and supply chain departments. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO/TS 16949 and IATF 16949 standards.
- Lead internal and external audits, ensuring corrective actions are identified, tracked, and closed effectively.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve non‑conformities and drive root‑cause analysis.
- Monitor key quality metrics, generate reports, and present findings to senior management.
- Mentor and train quality staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Coordinate supplier quality activities, including qualification, audits, and performance monitoring.
- Support new product introductions by defining quality requirements and validation plans.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience with statistical process control (SPC) and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills in both French and English; Arabic is a plus.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in quality management software and ERP systems.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field is required. Advanced certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Black Belt are highly desirable and will be considered an asset during the selection process.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have 5‑7 years of progressive experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive sector. Experience managing a team and leading large‑scale quality improvement projects is essential.
