Job Overview
The Risk Management Analyst will be responsible for identifying, measuring, and monitoring financial risks across the bank’s portfolio in the Oujda region. Key Responsibilities
- Perform quantitative risk analysis on loan portfolios, trade finance, and treasury products.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly risk dashboards for senior management and the Risk Committee.
- Monitor compliance with Basel III, local regulatory requirements, and internal risk policies.
- Collaborate with credit officers to assess borrower risk profiles and recommend risk‑adjusted pricing.
- Identify emerging risk trends and propose mitigation actions to the Risk Management Department.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of risk models, stress‑testing scenarios, and scenario analysis.
- Support internal audit and external regulatory examinations by providing required documentation and explanations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk reporting tools and data quality.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, VBA, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SAS).
- In‑depth knowledge of credit risk, market risk, and operational risk concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic, French, and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
- Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with Basel III, IFRS 9, and Moroccan banking regulations.
Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or professional certifications such as FRM (Financial Risk Manager) or CFA are highly desirable and will be considered an advantage during the selection process.
Experience

Salary
