Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions using Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and QA engineers to define functional requirements and technical specifications.
- Participate in daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives within an agile framework.
- Implement automated unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure code reliability.
- Maintain and optimize existing codebases, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
- Contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and share best practices across the team.
- Engage with clients to gather feedback, troubleshoot issues, and propose enhancements.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript/Node.js).
- Strong understanding of object‑oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as IBM Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in English; French or Arabic is a plus.
Education
