Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the operational performance of solar power plants, including photovoltaic (PV) and concentrated solar power (CSP) systems.
• Oversee maintenance schedules, safety protocols, and compliance with international energy standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement technological upgrades and improve energy output.
• Monitor plant performance metrics and prepare detailed operational reports for stakeholders.
• Lead training programs for on-site staff to ensure best practices in renewable energy operations.

Required Skills
