We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainable Aquaculture Specialist to join our team in Tafilalet, Morocco. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of sustainable aquaculture projects in Morocco, working closely with local stakeholders, government agencies, and other partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of sustainable aquaculture projects in Morocco
  • Work closely with local stakeholders, government agencies, and other partners to achieve project goals
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform project design and implementation
  • Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation plans to assess project impact
  • Collaborate with other WorldFish staff to share knowledge and best practices

Required Skills

  • Master’s degree in Aquaculture or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in sustainable aquaculture or related field
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
