Key Responsibilities
As a Sustainable Water Resources Engineer with WWF Morocco, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sustainable water management solutions that benefit both people and the environment
- Working closely with our team of experts to conserve and protect Morocco’s freshwater resources
- Conducting fieldwork and data collection to inform water management decisions
- Collaborating with local stakeholders and communities to promote sustainable water practices
- Developing and maintaining relationships with government agencies, NGOs, and private sector partners
Required Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in water resources management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of water resources management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in Arabic and/or French is an asset
Education
We are looking for candidates with a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field. A Ph.D. in a related field is an asset.
Experience
As a Sustainable Water Resources Engineer with WWF Morocco, you will have 5-7 years of experience in water resources management or a related field. You will have a strong understanding of water resources management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary
The salary for this position is 40000-60000 SSP per year, depending on experience.
