The Energy Efficiency Consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and monitor energy-saving projects that align with global sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct energy audits and feasibility studies for industrial clients.
  • Develop customized energy efficiency plans using simulation tools like EnergyPlus.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to implement retrofitting solutions.
  • Monitor and report on energy savings and ROI metrics.
  • Provide technical training to client teams on sustainable energy practices.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in energy efficiency project management.
  • Proficiency in energy modeling software and data analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of Moroccan energy regulations and incentives.
  • Excellent communication skills for client presentations and technical documentation.
  • Bilingual (Arabic/French or Arabic/English) preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Energy Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.

Experience

  • 3-5 years in energy consulting, preferably in industrial sectors.
  • Experience with Moroccan energy markets and government programs.
