Job Overview

The Grid Integration Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration of renewable energy sources, storage systems, and distributed generation assets into the national grid. Reporting to the Grid Integration Manager, the analyst will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, operations, and IT, to develop models, perform data analysis, and support the implementation of grid‑code compliant solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze grid performance data to identify integration challenges and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain power flow models using software such as PSS®E, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, or equivalent.
  • Collaborate with renewable project developers to assess interconnection feasibility and compliance with Moroccan grid codes.
  • Support the design and implementation of advanced control schemes for energy storage and demand‑response programs.
  • Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
  • Participate in grid studies, contingency analyses, and system planning workshops.
  • Monitor real‑time grid conditions and provide actionable insights to operations teams.
  • Assist in the development of standards, procedures, and best practices for grid integration projects.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data manipulation and statistical analysis.
