Job Overview
The Agricultural Supply Chain Manager will lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations for Cargill’s grain and oilseed portfolio in Morocco. This role is pivotal in optimizing procurement, logistics, storage, and distribution processes to ensure product quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery to customers across the region. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement supply chain strategies that align with Cargill’s business goals and local market dynamics.

- Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels while minimizing waste and spoilage.

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

- Deep understanding of agricultural commodities, especially grains and oilseeds.

Education
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Advanced certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or a master’s degree are advantageous but not mandatory.

Salary
Cargill offers a competitive salary range of 180,000 to 250,000 SSP per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based bonuses and incentives are also part of the compensation package.
