Job Overview
The Network Operations Manager will lead a high‑performing team responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring, and optimization of Orange Morocco’s core network services. This role is pivotal in ensuring network reliability, performance, and security across the country’s extensive mobile and fixed‑line infrastructure. The successful candidate will work closely with cross‑functional departments, including engineering, security, and customer experience, to deliver seamless connectivity solutions that meet the evolving demands of both consumers and enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day network operations, ensuring 99.9% uptime and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Lead incident management, root‑cause analysis, and corrective actions for network faults and performance degradations.
- Develop and implement network optimization strategies to enhance capacity, latency, and overall quality of service.
- Coordinate with the engineering team on network upgrades, expansions, and technology migrations, including 5G rollouts.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery for third‑party equipment and services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, security policies, and industry best practices.
- Prepare and present performance reports, KPI dashboards, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Required Skills
- Deep knowledge of telecom network architectures, including LTE, 5G, MPLS, and IP routing.
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools (e.g., NetAct, OSS, NMS) and performance analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven approach.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in project management and coordinating large‑scale network deployments.

Education

Salary
