Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with assigned customer accounts
  • Drive sales growth and expand market share
  • Provide strategic sales support and collaborate with internal teams
  • Ensure smooth order fulfillment, pricing strategies, and demand planning
  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation
  • Promote New Models and Managed Services solutions
  • Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Manage sales pipeline and track performance against targets
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop competitive strategies

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in sales, account management, or managed services is preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Knowledge of IT sales and managed services is an advantage
  • Fluency in German and English is required
