Job Overview

Cevital Morocco is seeking a dynamic Agricultural Project Manager to lead initiatives in Meknes, Morocco. This role will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of agricultural projects focused on crop yield enhancement, sustainable irrigation, and agro-processing. The ideal candidate will bridge technical expertise with strategic leadership to support Cevital’s mission of transforming Morocco’s agricultural landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement agricultural project plans aligned with Cevital’s sustainability goals.
  • Coordinate with local farmers, suppliers, and government agencies to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor crop production cycles, soil health, and irrigation systems to maximize efficiency.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for new agri-tech innovations and pilot programs.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project progress, budget adherence, and risk mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in agricultural project management with a focus on Morocco’s regional challenges.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainable farming practices and agro-processing technologies.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., GIS, AgriSoft) for monitoring agricultural performance.
  • Fluency in French and Arabic preferred for cross-regional collaboration.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Master’s Degree in Agricultural Economics or Project Management is a plus.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in agricultural project management or agri-tech consulting.
